Commercial real estate decisions rarely involve a single variable. Location, economics, lease structure, capital requirements, construction, timing and operational needs all have to be considered together.
One of my strengths is taking complex property, market, financial and project information and organizing it into clear, visual and decision-ready analysis. My objective is not simply to provide information, but to help stakeholders understand the alternatives, identify the risks and make informed real estate decisions.
